WARRANTY
LIMITED WARRANTY ON CRIB CLOUD PRODUCTS
Crib Cloud Ventures Inc. (Crib Cloud) warrants all Crib Cloud products to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. Crib Cloud Ventures Inc. will make every effort to provide a replacement product of the same color as the original product, but at times may be unable to do so. This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by use inconsistent with the instructions and warnings. This warranty does not cover any Crib Cloud products that have been involved in an accident or fire, or that have been altered, repaired or otherwise modified by the consumer. This warranty does not cover stains, discoloration or shrinkage of the Crib Cloud components and does not cover products that have not been cared for in accordance with the instructions. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable. Crib Cloud Ventures Inc. may request proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) to confirm ownership.
This limited warranty does not cover Crib Cloud products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Crib Cloud branded products must be purchased from an authorized retailer to be eligible for our limited warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOUND TO EXIST DESPITE THE FOREGOING LIMITATION, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD.
Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last; therefore, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
THE CUSTOMER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED HEREIN TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT OUR SOLE OPTION. IN ANY EVENT, RESPONSIBILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
Some states/provinces do not allow an exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, therefore, that limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state/province to province.
If you believe your Crib Cloud product is defective or requires repair, please contact us at the information below to obtain a return authorization. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase handy when you contact us. Crib Cloud Ventures Inc. will then issue you a return authorization with specific instructions on returning the product or will ship replacement parts directly to you.
RETURN POLICY
We will accept returns that meet the following criteria:
- Purchase was made within the last 30 days
- Returned items must be postmarked or shipped within 30 days from the original purchase date
If your order does not meet the above criteria, no refund will be issued.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping is FREE in exchange for store credit. If you prefer a refund on the original form of payment, we offer discounted shipping options. You also can ship back your return using whatever method you choose.

HOW DO I USE THIS PRODUCT?
Please review printed instructions. Crib Cloud is intended to be placed under the infant mattress-and NOT come into direct contact with your infant. The hand pump allows for convenient ease in introducing an incline. The air release valve allows the user to deflate to a lesser incline, or deflate entirely. This product is designed to remain under the infant mattress even when not in use.
HOW DO I CARE FOR THIS PRODUCT?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth only. Air dry. Do not bleach. Do not machine wash or dry. Do not iron. Keep away from heat sources.
IS THIS PRODUCT SAFE?
Yes. This product has been safety tested and meets safety standards in both Canada and the USA. This product is Lead free, Phthalate Free and Formaldehyde Free.
This product must be used in the intended manner (under the infant crib mattress) as per instructions. Please read all instructions before use.
